Job description

We're looking for a dynamic HR Officer level candidate with strong UAE HR Generalist experience to join our client's growing team in Dubai. This is an Officer-level role (above Supervisor and equivalent to Assistant Manager), ideal for someone who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, confirmations, and HR operations.
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and organisational procedures.
  • Maintain HR records, reports, employee documentation, medical insurance, and HR administration.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, digitalisation, and organisational development initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of HR Generalist experience in UAE Market- Manufacturing Sector experience is essentialExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS

Preference: Officer-level HR professionals
