Job description

We are hiring for a leading real estate developer in Dubai- an accomplished Design Director to lead and oversee its design function across high-value developments.

Key Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering (Master’s preferred)
? 12–15 years of design leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE/Dubai
? Proven expertise in managing end-to-end architectural and MEP design coordination
? Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams and consultants
? Professional certifications or memberships are an advantage

Languages: Fluent in English + Arabic (Preferred)
