Hiring: HR Payroll Executive – Mussafah, Abu Dhabi ( kindly read before applying)

We are seeking a seasoned HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end HR and payroll operations at a manufacturing facility based in Mussffah, Abudhabi

Key Responsibilities:
 • Timely, error-free payroll processing, final settlements, and employee benefits disbursal
 • Prepare MIS reports, finance reconciliations, and audit documentation
 • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, inductions, confirmations, and exits
 • Support full employee lifecycle – PMS, grievances, engagement, etc.
 • Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2018, OHSAS, and internal audits
 • Lead/assist in HRMS upgrades and HR process improvements


Requirements:
 • Graduate (Master’s preferred) in HR
• 6–10 years’ HR/payroll experience (min 3-4 years as a PAYROLL EXECUTIVE)
 • Strong hands on experience in UAE Labour Law, payroll calculations, and HRMS
 • Advanced skills in MS Excel and employee data management
 • Strong people management and problem-solving skills & & A COMPLETE TECH SAVVY to adapt new technologies.
