Job description

We are urgently looking for a senior candidate from Asset Management (Real estate sector experienced).

Job Description:
  • Client-side roles, managing third party service providers, real estate valuation and performance projection, real estate budgeting and accounting processes and (re) development management and refurbishment projects
  • Asset & property management and leasing experience across all sectors with strong understanding of international best practices
  • Strong focus on strategy, control and risk management
  • Application of international best practice and standards to local operations

Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years in asset management in Real estate industry in UAE market
  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics, Real Estate Management  or any related field
  • Quantitative & qualitative analytic skills, Leadership, Managerial skills, cultural awareness, ability to work independently and as part of ream to flexible working arrangements
  • Member of relevant society, institute, or association  
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, communication, problem solving, decision-making, time management & negotiation skills
