Enrollme HR Consultancy, Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Head – Asset Management with minimum 10 years of experience in Asset & property management and leasing in UAE.

Seeking candidates with expertise in client-side roles, third-party service provider management, real estate valuation, performance projection, budgeting, accounting processes, and development management, coupled with asset and property management experience across diverse sectors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Land Economics, Real Estate Management or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Asset Management in UAE.
  • Real estate experience is essential.
  • Member of relevant society, institute, or association.

Salary is negotiable for the right fit! 

Career Level : Senior level

Language : Should be Fluent in English + Arabic

Nationality : UAE national with fmaily book /or any Arabic national
